Andrea joined Alight as an International Technical Project Manager in November 2022 and was promoted to BtM operations Manager in October 2023 ☀️ She is based in Madrid and speaks Spanish, French, and English fluently!

Who are you?
"Before joining Alight, I spent three years as a Project Engineer at Plenitude working on solar projects primarily in Spain and France. At Alight, I manage the solar project from the ready-to-build phase, including budget and cash flow, procurement, and ensuring the quality of the project. I'm also working closely with our suppliers and developing the onsite solar/Behind the Meter function"

Why did you choose to join Alight?
"When Alight was introduced to me, I felt that the company's vision was totally in line with my personal ones. I have always been interested in renewable energy, especially solar. I felt Alight was the right place to fulfill my desire to contribute to making an impact in our society with a dynamic international company that offers total flexibility"

About Alight

At Alight, we’re on a mission to kick carbon off the grid by helping energy-intensive businesses switch to solar. We develop, own, and operate onsite and offsite solar projects across Europe and sell clean energy to businesses at a low, fixed cost backed by a power purchase agreement (PPA), always independent of government funding or subsidies. By 2030, we aim to have an installed capacity of at least 5 GW, paving the way for a more sustainable future.
