Johanna is an award-winning communications professional with +12 years experience from both PR agencies and leading roles at Microsoft, Ericsson and Nordnet. She's been awarded the Swedish Association of Communications Professionals' award "Best Communications leadership", listed as one of "101 Super talents" by Veckans Affärer, ranked #14 of "Sweden's 150 Supercommunicators" by Resumé and made top 50 on Ledarna's "Future Female Leaders" ranking. She's frequently invited as a speaker and moderator for conferences within communications, and co-founded and hosted the podcast Uppstickarna, that lifts female thought leaders (for Dagens Media).

About Alight

At Alight, we’re on a mission to kick carbon off the grid by helping energy-intensive businesses switch to solar. 

We develop, own, and operate onsite and offsite solar projects across Europe and sell clean energy to businesses at a low, fixed cost backed by a power purchase agreement (PPA), always independent of government funding or subsidies. By 2030, we aim to have an installed capacity of at least 5 GW, paving the way for a more sustainable future.
