"I started my career at Petropars in Tehran coordinating huge procurement projects for the "dark side". After moving to Sweden I’ve worked in supporting roles at Scandi Standard and Spotify, where I supported executives while organizing offsites and events for my bandmates.

Now over to the "bright side", I will have a wide role as People Operations Manager at Alight.  I joined Alight because I fell in love with Alight’s culture and found the role a fun challenge to tackle."

About Alight

At Alight, we’re on a mission to kick carbon off the grid by helping energy-intensive businesses switch to solar. 

We develop, own, and operate onsite and offsite solar projects across Europe and sell clean energy to businesses at a low, fixed cost backed by a power purchase agreement (PPA), always independent of government funding or subsidies. By 2030, we aim to have an installed capacity of at least 5 GW, paving the way for a more sustainable future.
